Remember when I lost my turkey? he he he L.O.L. Then I found it in the freezer? Well yesterday I had went to Aldis and I did not have any bags with me because I forgot duh! So I took one of the empty boxes and put the things I bought which wasn't much just some bread, meat chips and cinammon rolls and I carried the twelve pack of sprite, Well I was going to male me a hot dog on the bread when I got home so I got everything ready the mustard, mayo, relish and the hot dog and I looked everywhere for the bread? Hmm? I even looked in the car and I did not have enough gas in the care to go all the way back and had to save the gas for my husband to get to work but thankfully the Dollar store is close by me so I went there to get some bread. Has this sort of thing happened to you?

Well, ya ditz you! lol Ya, I have gotten home and got everything inside and then found I left something in the cart. Luckily they have remembered us and we were able to go back and get the item. I think we have all done this to some degree atleast once in our lives.

There's one store not far from me that is notorious for not turning the bag carousel around all the way to check for bags left on the hook and I've left a bag there more than once. It was bad enough that I made a formal complaint to the manager. They have since done better and I know now to make sure I check everything myself, even if it means reaching over the counter/belt to do it. I want my stuff!

I don't remember a similar story but I've noticed that when I experience one glitch, most of the times the same thing is repeated more than one time. For instance I run out of toilet paper, I go to work and at the end of the day but I forget to buy it. The next morning I have to go out early and then... I forget again. Meantime we use paper napkins and handkerchiefs and this situation continues for days. But what is the solution? When you experience a problem, ask another member of your family to take care of this, lol!

Well, today as yesterday, I owe you, dear friend to say that this episode I never had.
I have to write down that you are a truly amazing person, it seems that every day you happen strange things that have to do almost humor.
Certainly from what you write, my love seems that you feed very well! Well eating is a right and a pleasure. My personal advice given to you with all my love is: Try not to overdo the food.
Your dear Italian friend Alessandro.

Ahhh, many times. Once I got out of the mall and had to go back for the paper bag full of groceries. It was still there including the grocery list. When i got home, I checked the list but two items at the back of the paper which was sugar and matches was omitted in my purchase. So, since we are out of sugar, I had to walk 3 blocks where there was a corner store.

I hate when things like that happen! Especially when we have to end up walking!

Yes, It's really irritating. Sad thing is when you get home you really don't feel like going anywhere but unfortunately you have no choice.

My father is also like this at times and so am I. I think I got it from him, don't really know if absent-mindedness is really hereditary though. It's not funny when it happens to you and it can really be irritating.
I hope you had a receipt of the purchased items so that you could check if you actually paid for a bread, and if it in there then maybe you could go back the following day and claim it back. You could probably ask somebody to drop you off there if you know anyone on the way through that place.

Yeah I hate it when that happens to me and it has happened a few times but the times before I always went back. This time I just have to wait but I do have the receipt.

Keep your receipt and call the store. Ask them if the bread had been left at the register when you left, and then ask if they can hold it for you or allow you to get another, that you won't be able to go back right away as you have to save the money for gas. Maybe sometime next week you can go get it. I mean still, the dollar store is great for a quick fix, but that's money you spent on that bread and no use in wasting it.
A lot of stores will allow you to return it within 30 days of purchase, so I don't see why they wouldn't let you pick up another within the same time.

Yes I am going to save it and go get it because even though the dollar tree is close their bread always expires in 2 days.
