Kicking the Soda habit.

How did you kick the soda habit. What are some effects that you had from doing so?

I tried but I still drink from 1 or more liters of soda almost everyday. I read some where that the soda pop makers enhance their drinks so that consumers can buy more of the soda pop. I know this is true because I can't stop craving for the soda pops.
It's having a terrible effect on my health this is why the government is trying to regulate how much you can have which is bad because the government shouldn't tell you what to do with your personal freedom.

Well honestly, I just drink soda once in a while. However, 2 years ago, I managed to completely eliminate it with my diet along with those other unhealthy foods. That's because I tried my best losing weight before, unfortunately, even though I am somehow still in good shape, I find it a bit hard to completely eliminate soda because there are some instances where in even though I have no intention of drinking soda, somehow I get tempted to drink some lol, like during in family gatherings, parties, etc.
In fact there are some instances, where in soda is safer to drink because sometimes safe drinking water is not available in a particular area. Anyway, the important thing is moderation, don't overdrink, nevertheless, if you could eliminate it completely then it's much better.
