In the last couple of weeks I've gained 6lbs back and I'm not happy about that. I've been eating far too much and have been eating a bit more junk than I should be.
So now I've got my plan set in place and started this morning on it. I have my diet shake that I'll drink in the morning and am trying diet pills again.
I'm hoping that this will work, but only time will tell. Again, it's going to be a challenge, but I'm up for it as usual.
Maybe it will work out this time.

thats the spirit keep trying and trying if you stick with it long enough you will start to lose weight soon. Maybe you could try exercising instead that should help with keeping the weight off.

My job is 6 days a week of exercise and it's just not working. I've been working outside for the last 5 years and have never seen an improvement at all until recently.

It takes commitment and organization to be able to lose weight, and I am not there at all. One thing I am doing is getting more sleep in a more restful manner. This week it is because I have a cold, but it is also because I have taken a job that has me coming to work very early in the morning. I hope you have good luck. Summer is the only time diet shakes seem to appeal to me, but I am doing breakfast with my client so he will eat. I do not even own a working scale right now.

Weight loss is a matter of discipline. If you really want to you will make it happen. I went thru a detox in india a couple of years ago, and they only gave me cabbage soup for meals it was 1 week and i was not allowed any other food except drinking a lot of water. After 7 days I lost 4 kilos. I was not that fat so there nothing much to lose, but also I wanted to lose all my excess fats. After 7 days I was allowed fruits and rice alternate or apple. After two weeks I got what I wanted. It was difficult in the beginning, but i got used to it with time. I realized that it was not keeping my body slim thats challenging, its the discipline to fight over what you want that was more challenging.
If you want to lose weight fast, get brazilian coffee and you lose weight in 7 days. Goodluck!

Good luck with your weight loss.I know just how hard it is - I have recently lost 110 pounds and did it through eating healthily, eating three good meals a day and cutting down on fats. I wouldn't recommend either diet shakes or pills; the only way to lose weight is to consume less energy than you burn up, have a look at the way you eat and start to eat unprocessed foods, lean meats , poultry and/or fish, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, drink lots of water and cut out junk food!
Good luck I'm sure you'll do it!
