A healthy mind and body, does it goes with the food we eat?

I have this to discuss with because we have to eat every day. The food we in take differs on what we just like to eat or the nutrients we get from them. It is very important for everyone to eat in order to be strong and healthy. But does the food we eat contains the nutrients our body needs. With so many restaurants or meal shops around were we can just buy the food we like to eat for the day. Does our body got the exact elements of food that we need in just buying them? or shall any one says we have to cook for the food we will eat so that can be sure the the nutrients are there.

Yes the food we eat matters. We need to eat healthy, and everybody realizes it. We need to eat veggies and fruit.

Yes we need to eat veggies and fruits, but what kind of fruits and veggies does every one now a days eat. Mostly the fruits are apples, oranges, bananas and sometimes grapes. These fruits now a days were mostly becomes ripe because of the ingredients being placed. The elements that help the fruits to be ready for eat, you have taken them inside your body. Are these elements helps your body to become healthy?
