How to find how much experience needed for a job

Everybody working in companies.Even a single task cannot be completed by a experience person a fresher is completing that task easily.I think it depens upon situation activing.Where to find how much experience need for a job.Suppose you are applying for a job to programming with 5 years experience how much concepts he need to know.Where to find it.Is there any website there to know the concepts based upon the experience.

Experience never comes on time. It always stays on the hands that do more work and the mind that do lot of analysis!
To my knowledge, experience gained can also be lost in course of time if we do not sharpen it now and then! I'm in information technology field for the past 3 years. Basically, I'm a mechanical engineering graduate. But I have learn lots of languages for profession. I have done some master certification too. But completing the task is completely depends on the person's involvement and the experience that he/she holds in his/her hand respectively. I'm calling experience as stuff in them not number of years at work!
I also accept that today fresher do lot of analysis and tasks compared to a 5 year experienced guy!
I request you to sharpen you knowledge rather than searching for a website which tell you you need to have this list of knowledge for these many years of experience!

Thanks for your nice comments. Companies wants people with good stuff but they also expect people having experience in some concepts. If we know about those we can improve in those related areas. This is varying by companies. That's why i asked about the website.
