If you are just working for the money, it is possible. However, the quality of your work seems to be affected if you don't love your job anymore.

For practicality reasons, you are right. Workers are not the same as before who really works for their job resulting to a more quality output. Unlike now, most love their job because of the salary. I also observed that there are many employees working on a field not related to thier course. For example, there are many nursing graduates that work as call center agents because the salsry is really higher compared to pursuing their profession.

But as a matter of fact many people today work only for the money not for anything else ,so i feel its the money rather than the quality which affects more

Majority of us may be doing the work without loving out of compulsion. No new job. many work thinking the money we get is less and cannot change because jobs are not available easily. Yes. it is possible to work without really loving the work --due to compulsion and necessity to earn money for a living.

The job opportunities are very less and along with it the number of people in search of jobs get inbresed. So a talented one can only get it. So try to get all the talents and the quality required for the job is the only solution to get the job which you need.

Whatever you said are a fact since majority of the people love to get jobs rather than following their hearts or passion so ultimately it comes down to lack of interest and circumstantial pressure.what can be done so that the right person finds the right job somehow?

I graduated BSCE, and i worked in the casino business for 13 years. It was not really my dream job, but it was a high-paying job at the time after I graduated. At first, I felt it was an exciting job and i guess the salary was all that meant a lot, but as time passed, felt not happy working in a gambling den anymore, and quit.

It is possible for many people to stay in their jobs even though they are not happy with it. Money may be one of the considerations and sometimes a motivation why they stay. With the kind of economy we have at present and with a high percentage of unemployment, I really think that most people would be very careful before thinking of resigning from their jobs. I also do not like my job that much. In fact, I already know at first that this is the kind of job that I would have but I still applied for it. This is something I can do and what I am aiming that time is to land to a job that would be there for good and would pay me regularly. But it is true that this can be very tiring. It is also good that you love what you are doing so that you won't be burn out everyday. But at present, it is hard to find a job of that kind especially if you do not have that exceptional knowledge and skills.

but if so many unhappy people keep working in the same place ,it will lead to distrust and negative emotional force and blackmailing for sure

Many people out there work not because they love their job, but because the job pays them money with which they can support their family. They can look after their parents, send their children to good school, buy gifts for their wife and children and see them all smiling. That is their world of happiness and love, and to experience that happiness if they have to do a job they don't love, it's worth it.

That is entirely true.i am hoping such that a time comes where people tend to work more for the love and passion of it rather than for the selfish sake.anyways its also upto the industry to treat a person well.what kind of jobs do you think are worth to enjoy and work?

Obviously, it is impossible for everyone to find the job everyone enjoy. A lot of people want to become movie stars or singers, but we all know that those entertainment job actually do not need a lot of people to take part in. Moreover, not everyone is good at the favorite job. In my opinion, I understand that doing the job you don't like is a horrible experience, but we can still change our mind by discovering interesting things in our jobs. Try to love your job and you will find that your life will become more beautiful if you change your mind.

I think there are a lot of factors for us to be productive at work even if it is the least of our liking. Like say you have friends at work who makes your day better and you are able to do your work. Then there is your family whom will benefit from the money your work provides you. This is often the biggest factor one works and stays in a workplace even if they are not a hundred percent happy about it.

I suppose that is true for some. Sometimes people stay in their line of work because it is necessary for survival. I know a handful of people who often procalim how they hate their jobs, but they stay anyway. The opposite is true for me. Before my current job, I jumped from company to company for one year. I hated the jobs I had and kept quitting. Then I found the online teaching industry and I've been here for six years now.
I think being happy and having a sense of fulfillment is number one. There are some jobs that may be boring for us but enjoyable for others.I consider myself fortunate to have a job that I love with a reasonable pay.

It depends on your finance. If you are not afraid of money, then of course you can quit the boring job and find another interesting job. If not, you have to still make a living and keep on doing the boring job. It is not easy to find an ideal job since not only you choose the company, but also the company chooses you.

I do think that it is possible for us to work when we don't love our job. However, I think that when you are working at a job that you don't love, you really need to find something in the job where you are able to have a little bit of fun. If you are not able to have any kind of fun at all with your job, then I don't really think that I would be able to keep a job.
I found my fun in joking around with co-workers and things like that when I was working outside the house.

I personally think you should try and find something you enjoy and then leave your current job. The best way for success is to enjoy your job and have a passion, wake up each morning and say I wonder what can come my way. I myself love my current job, there is a new challenge each day that allows me to try and figure things out.
Hang in there and try and find something you would enjoy.

Each of us lives in the world to achieve some specific goals in our life. A white colar job is the one of the dream each of us dream. I feel those persons are really lucky to get the job what they dream of. Goals cannot be brought in your true life without good efforts. Along with the true efforts there require some sought of luck.
If a person is not all ready or intrested to do a particular job he or she must quit from it and they have to find a particular job which suits them. This will make their life good with happiness and a smile

Oh my it's ridiculous to work on a certain job which you think your uncomfortable of! In the first place you will not be fully satisfied and serve you purpose, got dull and boring and soon you are wasted servant every end of the day.
