Dragon ball -z

how can i ever forget dbz? that was the first anime i've ever watched until now dbz is still playing here in manila... in fact i have watched all of it's movies if i'm not mistaken they have 16 movies (or more?) and episodes from dragon ball (young Goku) until he got his wife chichi and DragonBall Z (Gohan was born) to DragonBall Z GT (grandpa Goku).... i love this anime that much.... the best... ^_^

I watched DB and DBZ and used to like it. I used to like anime and manga too. But now my interest drop but not completely drop to the point that I never want to touch them again. I find DBZ or DB really repetitive and the fighting scenes are really slow (I know they extend the fighting scene to make the series longer). But most mainstream shounen anime or manga followed the DBZ formula anyway.

I see... That is too sad then because it was the best anime when i was a kid. I would buy all episodes even the OVA's, ergo, i learned to think with my muscles. Ha ha ha. Anyway, it was a veery funny and cool anime series and it's great to read the complete manga as well starting from when the title was just Dragon Ball, back when Goku was still a kid. He he he. Pretty funny, i tell ya. Anyway, i hope you have a great day. Cheers for dragonballs! PS: The movie version(Real people) about Dragon Ball was pretty lame. Pfft...

Not exactly, Most of us still remember Dragon Ball Z even if we somehow forget about it there will be something or someone that will remind us about it. It's pretty much the most popular Japanese anime in the world and it is still being shown on places like cartoon network. Dragon Ball Z video games are still being made and it is quite popular recently there is the latest one Dragon Ball : Ultimate Tenkaichi which has a good rating. The characters like Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Freiza, Cell, Majin Buu, Piccolo, Trunks, I could just go on and on with the characters. They are still remember, who can forget their battles, their constant shouting while charging up their power, The over 9000, the Super Saiyan, Dragon Ball wishes. Fusion Dance, and many more. A lot of styles of more popular anime like One piece, Naruto and Bleach are pretty much using Dragon Ball style. For example The transformation, Naruto transform into Ninetail fox, Ichigo from Bleach got his Bankai and Luffy from One piece Has a second gear. Overall Dragon Ball Z is as popular as ever. We Dragon Ball Z fans never forget about it. You could just say that we just didn't notice any dragon ball threads at mylot, its my first time seeing one. Cheers

Nobody forgets about childhood animes just like dragonball Z... Anyhows I thought there was a new dragon ball after GT: Dragon ball kai but it was just a remake...
