Who is Rightful, Philippines or China?

A standoff began in early April when Philippine forces spotted a Chinese fishing vessel gathering marine species from the area of Panatag shoals (Islands near the Philippines) but blocked by the chinese vessels when they tried to make arrest. If you know something about this,what will be your opinion?..

I am Chinese, and really don't know who is right.
Even, I am Philipino, I still don't know who is right.
Goverment both side wanna own the resources there. USA want it too, that why he come out and claim that he will protect the weaker one.
I don't wanna be the cannon fodder of goverment.

I think no one is right and no one is wrong. China and Philippines claim the area because it has a lot of natural resources. In china side, they claim that they already claimed the area from long time ago and no complain from other country until everyone found that area have a lot of natural resources inside it. In Philippines side claim that the area is in their zone exclusive area. I think it is better to work together and share the resources 50-50.

I think they should consider the proximity of the claimant to the place. I think China is way too far to have any rightful claim on the shoal. It should stop harassing small countries like the Philippines. I hope all this greed will come to a stop.
