Uses of Green Tea

I just got known about the green tea. It reduces body weight and makes us to look smart, young.
The usage of green tea is as follows:
*First take the green tea sachets and get a spoon of tea in one cup of water.
*Then boil it for 5-7 minutes.
*then take it. use it continuously.
For best results don't add sugar.
YOU WILL BECOME SMART, YOUNG AND ENERGETIC.

I have some green tea in the cupboard and have not got round to trying it yet could do with becoming smarter younger and more energetic.
