I need your suggestions...about getting comments...

Recently my blogs basically two of them are getting many many comments links attached to them and most of them are good so what should I do add everyone that comes my way or what should be the right approach to handle comments.How it affects my blogs.Please share your thoughts.

It's really up to how you want your blog to look to newcomers and your viewers. While accepting every comment you get coming your way can make it look like you're getting a lot of traffic and legitimate comments, if you're not careful it can also become obvious that your blog is simply receiving loads of automated spam comments.
If you think the comments you're receiving are genuine comments and contribute something valuable to your discussion or a particular blog post, then you should definitely accept them. Anything that looks like automated spam, you should get rid of.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions and I appreciate it.The comments seem original ones and most talking good about my site and topics.so far I only reject those comments which are not related to my topics, or just one two words comments, or promotes warage or xrated sites or adult sites.Is there a way to recognize robotic comments.

Unfortunately not. Some auto-commenting programs are very good at pretending to be a real person. Depending on the type of blog software you have, there are some ways to fight the most common automated spam. Wordpress for example has loads of plugins designed to make sure only real people comment on your blogs, though none of them are perfect.
