When someone lets you know your not living up to your potential and inside you know it's true, what is your response?

I would like to think that I would be a honest enough person to face up to the fact that what is being said about me is true. An then I would hope that I was a strong enough and brave enough person to want to change.

I think that is a very brave response. I know what I did for many years and that is avoid. It can become a skill if your not careful.

m vry straight forward n i don like ppl saying anything wrong to me...i really cant bear it n make them realise dat u shud better mind ur own business i know wat m doing
