Mang Dolphy Bids Goodbye

The whole Filipino community was saddened upon the death of the Comedy King of the Philippine movie industry. Mang Dolphy is a person who is well loved by the people. He has brought so much laughter in every Filipino's heart. His legacy lives on and he will always be remembered. May he rest in peace in the Father's arm. God bless his soul.

Although I knew it will happen anytime, the moment I saw it on TV made me sad. I even dropped a tear watching the tribute for him at the Dolphy Theater in ABS-CBN. I never met him personally but he made a great impact on my childhood up to now, I will never forget the laughter he gave to the Filipino community. May he rest in Peace!

I was not able to watch the tribute but I've read a lot about it in twitter. I would always remember him as the Mang Kevin Cosme that I have known in Home Along d Riles.

almost every Filipino grew up with Mang Dolphy's shows and films. Its not really good bye, but rather till we see you again, sir. Long live the King!

Every Filipino knows Dolphy. He's been part of every Filipino's life one way or the other. He made us laugh and cry throughout his showbiz career. No one can ever replace him in our hearts.
