Questionnaires is a type of information gathering method in conducting a study or research. Most organization or public relations agencies would use such questionnaire in order to understand the situation, their organization and their public or stakeholders. Questionnaires may also bring something which the people demands. Product and services that satisfy consumer needs.
I have been given quite a number of questionnaires in the past regarding cultural believes, customer satisfaction, rules and regulation etc. Most of the time I would really cooperate and spend the few minutes needed to answer these questionnaires.
I am now doing my internship at a local state museum and one of my task is to distribute customer satisfaction questionnaire to the museum visitors and gain feedback. However, not many are willing to spend a few minutes to answer the questionnaire.
How about you? Will you answer questionnaire given to you? Why?

I did some questionnaires online and I even got some nice and small gifts from those websites. When I was answering questions raised in the questionnaire, I did not know that I would receive gifts like a shaver, a plastic bottle and so on. It is nice of them to appreciate our time spent on it.

Questionaire is the simplest way in the gathering data however it is also not reliable as what you've expected from an interview done to the exact correspondence of the study.
In my own case, I will answer questionnaire if i have time if I don't i'd rather be honest enough to say i can't than to waste their effort and give an unreliable answers.

I hate questionnaires especially if they are online, I used to earn money doing questionnaires on line however I used to waste so much time, getting through them only to be told I am not applicable or I do not fit the requirements they need, in the end I'd given up. Once I got so mad that I had spent 20 minutes filling all the answers in only to be told that I wasn't what they were looking for and didn't get paid. If people stop me in the street and ask me to help them with a questionnaire I tell them I am in a hurry to catch a train or bus or I am on my lunch hour and cannot spend the time. I don't like people knowing too much about my personal business.

Hi friend, it is based on my situation, if i am free i will reply to all the questions of the survey people, if i don't have enough time as well as busy with my schedule, i don't have the ability to answer the questions, most of the time i will reply to the question, as i am not interested in hurting others by ignoring them
