Hey there lotters,
Well there is this thing that cannot be forgotten in my daily regimen, it is taking my multivitamins everyday, i mean it is very essential in my daily habit there was this one time that i forgot to take them and all day i felt bad and kinda sick like and then I remembered at the end of the day that i did not take my vitamins and from then on i never forgot.

just be care full, because if you it it too much, your body will ressit the vitamins

Normally after my breakfast I took it so I can have a good day. Nowadays we have a polluted environment and we don't know when we got sick so we better get ready for it everyday to have a better immune system to fight all these pollution and sickness around us.

I do to after my meal, i eat oats with milk a apple a banana because those are the cheap fruits i can buy, my coffee, and maybe fish or cow with sinangag, i eat heavy in the morning or before i start to work on my day so that i do have the strength in the day and with less craving for food for the remainder of the day.

Bro, you are right about it. Now fruits are destroyed by additatives injected into it. I know vitamins that we buy is not as good as we think but thats better than fruits that have been destroyed.

Hey there bro,
Well almost all that we eat and even drink has additives as well as vitamins so might as well take the right amount of vitamins a day and the right amount of foods such as lean meats, veggies and fruits so that we do have a balance in life, and not to forget water and working out.

Take vitamins everyday to fight against sickness and diseases around the neighborhood. In the Philippines, the weather is unpredictable and we should protect ourselves from diseases and virus by taking vitamins everyday.

That is what i now, right jv,
Vitamins had been known to help in preventing disease since it contains minerals that help build up immune system and also help in providing in things that lack in our daily food consumption, so bottom line is i will take my vitamins everyday but i will research on bad effects of vitamins will it out-way the good.

Hi there well i need to read on it more, i have to understand the possibilities that lie behind vitamins causing more damage than good, i do have some articles regarding benefits of vitamins long term but really not much on it's bad effects, well maybe for over usage but not for just taking its normal daily values, i wanna check out more info. thanks 3honor.

I would like to say that I appreciate you for being so cautious regarding health. In spite of this I shall add here to consult your doctor first. If you take excess amount of water soluble vitamins it is flushed from the body through urine and thus there is no problem. But the fat soluble vitamins are stocked in the body if taken into an additional amount. In that conditions Hyper vitaminosis disease is developed.
