And I got some pain on the back of my neck after doing that. Is that normal? Do you also get tired easily when you slept for too long at night or any time of the day? I usually felt some headache when I do so.

I almost forgot about exercising. Maybe I should take a jog this weekend. Thanks for the reminder! Have a nice day ahead!

Sometimes it gives body aches especially when you're sleeping on hard surface or sleeping on bad position.
When we are too tires we seldom changed position while sleeping and that's one reason why we woke up having stiff neck and some aches on different body parts.

Well, so we have to at least toss and turn several times when we sleep? Good idea. I don't think I'm sleeping on hard surface though.

Good walk? Good idea, maybe I should try it around my neighbourhood.. and while walking I can contemplate on certain things. You know some meditation.. Definitely is a good idea.

I think the reason you get some pain on the back of your neck is your pose of sleeping is wrong. It is not because you have slept too long. Change your pillow may help you if you always feel painful after your sleep. Also, I think sleep too long would decrease your lung to absorb oxygen, that is the reason why we always feel headache if we sleep more than 8 hours. You suit set an alarm clock in order to prevent from sleeping too long.

I thought so. Anyway I wonder if there is any scientific explanation on why we get headaches when we slept too much.
