Have you tried to eat at the Eat All You Can buffet of Chef D Angelo that is worth P175?
Do you think it is really worth especially when it comes to the taste of the food?
Before I was able to avail the P150 eat all you can and I remember it just includes pasta with 2 kinds of sauce, pizzas, salad and soup. Now it is already P175 they just include the fish fillet, rice with parsley, baked potato, putanesca and vodka sauce pasta but the other food were still the same as before. I am bit satisfied with the food but I am not that 100% contented and I just don’t find the taste special. I mean when it comes to pizza I can just feel that it is not fresh because the dough is not that soft and yet at times it is chewy like bubble gum. All I can enjoy there was just the pasta with different kinds of sauce.

Is it the one in Sm Manila or San Lazaro? Taste is really not that spectacular but with that price, I think it is worth it.

I know there is Chef D Angelo in SM Manila because when I was in college we used to go there in SM Manila just to eat in Chef D Angelo. My friends introduced that to me. However in San Lazaro I don't have any idea if there is that Chef d Angelo too because I've never been there.

Well anyways, D Angelo used to be a good place but they have joined other restaurants in the "buffet wave". Now they lack quality and taste because they are establishing themselves as cheap buffet and not a quality one.

You said it right the quality is not the same as before even if there is no buffet during that time. I also like their pizzas before including their soup.

Value for money is just right but if you are going for quality then that would be a different story. Taste wise I can say its typical for a buffet type of merienda. The quality differs. Sometimes you would have fresh pizza but sometimes pizza that you know that was just reheated. As a whole, it is still worth it for the price given.

Good thing their pastas are really good and that is the reason that I am being totally bloated and full just because of that.

I have not tried this yet. But it seems worth it! There are a lot of choices. P175 is pretty cheap. i think I will try this someday. But I just noticed that there are so many carbs in that restaurant. First, it is full of pastas and pizzas! It could make us really fat and bloated after eating. Happy mylotting.
