Another form of cruelty...

It is already pass eleven PM here in my place while I still writing. Rain dropped a while ago leaving interval showers every now and then. I pity those two puppies in my neighbor who tied up outside their house barking because they already felt cold from the showering. Whatever I did to mine my own business my heart also cried whenever I heard their cries. How come this people decided to have dogs when they never care the feeling of their pets if not contented and unstable on their places. Should it would not only be awkward and embarrassing to the irresponsible master to tell them about the situation of their puppies I would have done it already. Right now I just hope and pray rain would stop so the puppies can sleep well until morning. Can you afford to hear dogs or puppies being rained outside of your neighbor's house while their owner just listening their cries? I hate those kine of dog keepers.. In my country it is cruelty to animals to leave them out with out protection and I would call the police. I cannot bear to hear an animal cry.

I appreciate your kind of government my friend. In our place I don't know if that law protecting animals still in effect - am not sure. Since I started taking care of my love pets I always get pity every time I would see animals maltreated, stray animals and people abusing their pets. There were lots of times I've seen cats being thrown-out with boiling water and half of cat's skin was almost scrape-out... thanks for responding my friend.. Mobhomeir here 071512 1501hrs

hi mob, I hate to see people can't take care of their pets I can picture a scenario that the puppies will be beaten because their owner can't sleep because of their noise and this is unfair how I wish every pet keepers knows how to take care of their pets having a pet is like having a child to take care of happy mylotting

Yes my dear friend, to prove that you're right in what you said, we have 7 dogs and 4 cats living us together. Cats on our bedsides and dogs outside but in their comfortable place to sleep. We are so much concern of our pets. It doesn't matter for us to skip meals rather than for our pets to miss it. We have lots of reasons why we love them that some critics never did understand but we just leave them on what they think against our love of pets...thanks for responding my dear friend.. Believe it or not I have 2 resident dogs 3 resident cats and one kitten it means they are staying at home I have about 15 cats and lost count on my kittens and 3 dogs at our shop I love all of them I really spend money providing them a food Some people can't understand cause they can't take the responsibility of having a pets

Hi daddy mob! You really have a big heart for pets! Don't tell me that you have plans of adopting them after what you witness last time? hehe So what happened? did you tried to talk to your neighbor? its really sad to hear and witness situations like this, but its the reality, some pet owners don't really get puppies/dogs to be their pet...they just want them to be their guard in their house that's why they don't really care and they treat them just like that... It will be a lot better if all pet owners are like you and your wife who loves and treat their pets as family members...

At last you've shown up from your hibernation..no we never had a chance to talk to the owner and as what I had observed she already attended cries of their puppies. If we only have much money..(like dolphy)..We will establish animal foundation where I would take all the stray cats and dogs, maltreated and abused and take care of them and let them be adapt to other people who are also certified and legitimate animal lovers.... regards iloemi...we miss you a lot.. Some peope just should not have pets or children! I am always more moved by pet and children cruelty than to adults in the movies. If this continues to happen, I would call animal control, if you have that there. If not, maybe the police.

It was late night when it happened and since we are new in this place I don't know where I would call for if the owner of the puppies would had not attended her puppies' cries...thanks for responding... Mobhomeir here 071412 0806hrs

I think those dog keepers don't even hear the puppies' crying. They don't have ears for the puppies' distress. I think people like those should never be permitted to own dogs. They should be punished for what they did to those poor puppies. Can't you ask them to make some shelter for the dogs?

They have ears but maybe they were just ignoring puppies' crying for help. Our place never impose serious law regarding animal cruelty unlike maybe in your place. Thanks for responding my friend.. Mobhomeir here 071612 1812hrs

hi mobhomier, I am not an animal lover...However I am also not an abuser of animals...after they are one of Gods living creation, I don't see why anyone would have a animals and mistreat them....I would call the ASPA/ animal control if I witness the cruelty towards animal like that...some people are really so heartless....

Next time you hear this just call the police. They will direct you to the correct service to call. There has to be some sort of animal control or something in your area. They police will tell you.

Yes it is indeed cruel. I guess there are just people who does not mind at all and does not know how to take care of their pets. I would rather have no pet than have a pet yet suffering. Most especially with dogs since I have always been a dog lover.

That is cruelty to animals. I would have to call the Animal Cruelty people to report them. I can't understand how a person could keep a dog outside all day all night in all kinds of weather. Why the heck have a dog or cat for that matter. It makes not a bit of sense to me. I have a shih tzu who is now 14 years old. He is always in the house and only goes out to do his business. I have had him for 13 years. He has the run of the house and can even lay out on the deck if he so chooses. He may be a bit spoiled but I would not have it any other way. Why have a pet if you don't take proper care of it.

Absolutely my friend. These kind of people has no right to have pets because they don't have respect to other lives. If I would have known where is our Animal Cruelty Authorities I should report them right away to give them a lesson. dear Martin, Those people must give away their pets. They only keep those dogs for their safety, guards, but they never know how to treat them good. Too bad, is there any nearest animal shelter in your place...maybe then you can report these people.:xxxx

Hi. This is such a sad story. Are you sure that the owner knew that he left his dogs out? maybe he just forgot or something. I do not know of an owner that would intentionally make his pets suffer. If the owner is unfit of taking care of his pets, then he should have not even bought a pet. I am actually angry too. i do not understand why a person would do such a thing. Animals have feelings too and they should be taken care of. Are you a friend of your neighbor's? maybe you can tell him nicely. I am sure he will understand and will change his ways. thanks for sharing your story. happy mylotting.

Yes am sure she is still awake because I saw her went out to check the puppies cries but only to leave them again and go inside...they are not my friend because we had just move in from our former place...next time I will talk to this owner and be friend with her so I can call her up should she will do it again....thanks for the idea my friend and also for responding ...
