A spider bit me on my hoo-hah...

Well, not really, but that was a thought I had last night before falling asleep. Makes a good lead-in, don't you think? Now, if only I had a story to go with it. Feel free to come up with one of your own... just don't expect any free feels.

There is supposed to be great healing properties in a spiders web. After that unfortunate incident with the bicycle crossbar you had to rush inside and look for something to stem the blood and patch the wound. In the corner of your normally sparklingly clean room you saw a small spiders web. Carefully releasing it from the wall to which it was applied you transferred it to your table. With great care you applied it to your bleeding hoo-hah. Instantly the blood stopped flowing and you felt much much better. However, you had incurred the wrath of the resident spider. This spider, who normally does not go around biting ladies on the hoo-hah, was now the angriest spider in Canada. She demanded to know by what right you had to remove her home from where she had carefully placed it and put it on you like a medal worn by a cheap general. From the bright corner of your sunny room she had been transformed to a much darker place. For this reason she felt that she must exact her revenge so she pushed her fangs deep into your Hoo-hah and left you not only bleeding but now with a rapidly rising swelling for which the only remedy would be..............a kiss from a humming bird!

Ah... is that how it happened? Unfortunately, I haven't seen any hummingbirds around here (not real ones, I mean).

Well find one quickly! The only other remedy is a suck from a crocodile.

I have never been bitten by a spider or not at least that I remember but I do know that there has been times at night that I think of spiders being around me while I am sleeping. I am one that sleeps with my mouth wide open and my family is always teasing me saying I probably eat so many spiders at night and I think gosh I sure hope not!

you want a story okay here is one, he was looking at me all day teasing me, glaring at me. I know he was. That spider was weaving his web on the wall beside my bed. He wasn't afraid of me at all. In fact he was edging me on. I knew it was going to be a battle of wills. Either he was going to win or I was. I didn't have the heart to destroy the web that he painfully made. All that work in this incredible heat. But I admit I did tease him. I got up close with the broom just to scare him. He wasn't fizzed, he was waiting his revenge. Well the evening of the third day of the stand off between us, the weather rose to 110 degrees and the air conditioner conked out. The sweat was pouring down my body nobody how many showers I took. Okay I admit it, I decided to wear as little clothing as I could. I didn't even care about the spider at that point. I wore a thin nightie with nothing underneath and fell into a deep heat induced sleep. When I woke something was very sore and itchy. I looked down and guess what, mr. spider had made his move, sometime during the night he bit me on the hoo-hah. I won the contest. He waiting and he took his chance. I looked around for the little bugger but he was long gone, leaving me with something to remember him by. A tale I could tell my grandchildren. Along with a warning, never underestimate God's creatures, it might come back to bite you.

This honestly reminds me of a thought I had once right before sleep.. That is, I had some sort of weird thought of a snake being in bed. I quickly dismissed it right before slipping off into dreamland, where I dreamt about.. you guessed it, snakes. And lots of them. You think that you would have dreamt of a spider atleast! hmmm...

What is the fatal attraction of insects and arachnids to hoo-hahs? Okay, I know your bite was just wishful thinking, but a wasp gained access to my hoo-hah when I was on my way to our communal pool for a swim. One of our friends - who is quite tasty - offered to suck the poison out for me, but his wife wouldn't let him, so I had to rub it with garlic instead. Definitely not so much fun, but it did ease the pain - once it stopped smarting.

Long ago and far away, I was sitting in a lawn chair with my feet up on another, when a bee got me on the butt cheek... Never heard me scream so loud! (Nice to see you around again.)

Probably made sitting down uncomfortable for a day or two! I've decided I must make an effort to come here more regularly and catch up with old friends. I'm quite busy with other projects, but where else could you discuss hoo-has without getting very funny looks?

Your hoo-hah? In my part of the world that's not the butt so it must be the...you know. Hmmm. That would be VERY bad. I mean, a spider bite is bad in any event. But on the hoo-hah? Thank heavens it was just a thought and not an actual event.
