I have this co - worker of mine, who always complain about this and that, because sometimes he made a mistake, other people, or his superior might correct him or tell him what he did wrong. Instead of consider improve his performance, or remember what he did wrong, he just whining about it was just a small error, or he/she shouldn't make such a big deal about it. Whenever I heard that from him, I just turn my back and try to listen, since he has no intention to make any improvement in the future. I won't also comment whether he is right or wrong, let him be. Can you believe there is someone just like that?

yes i can believe that.
there are some people that look for so many reasons to cover their mistake.
they think it is better to complain about this and about that for their mistake.
i think what they have done show that they are weak in personality.
it is better to look inside and try to change theirselves to cover their mistake.
that is the best way.

I always believe that you don't complain about anything and just do your best. Let the actions do the talking for you. Try your best and stop whining about others. The reason of the error is because of you.

There are almost every where Kingparker, and you did the right thing just ignoring him. That kind of attitude sometimes did not accept that they are wrong so why bother comment. It is better to keep quiet rather argue.

hi kingparker and usually I got to work with the complainer when I was working ib the library. But one day she took just a handful of
bookies on her cart then parked it where I worked, I got through with my work at fifteen to twelve when I uau ally bbroke for lunch.l
was about to start on her abandoned care when my supervisor came to me and wanted to know where Junie was.I told her that Junie had abandoned her work to watch the clerks work. Emily told me to'leave the cart alone. I have to talk to that young lady. I met the upset
Junie a few seconds later. She and I were getting our purses from our lockers." thanks a lot Hatley you opened your stupid mouth and ratted on me to Emily." I faced her."NO I did not make you lose
your job,YOU did it all by yourself June."" You should have done your work you were hired to do and worked up to clerk,.
I walked off and left her to bawl, not sorry one bit,

I think that sometimes people have a hard time taking constructive criticism. They don't like to be corrected. I'm not going to lie and say that I like to be corrected, as I don't. Sometimes I will get irritated and mad, but mostly it's because I didn't want what I obviously did wrong to be critcized as maybe what I did wrong, was a weakness and not one of my strong points... so to tell me I did it wrong is like kicking dirt in my face.
Maybe this is how your co-worker feels? Either way if he's constantly doing things wrong, maybe it's time for him to find another job and put in his two weeks notice. Sometimes when I've just run out of steam in one job, I need to quit and find another.
