Error Code 5100 on Canon Printer

1. Turn the printer off.
2. Remove the cartridge from the printer.
3. Use a cloth moistened with alcohol to clean the surface of the connector terminal cartridge that touches the printer/or you may use a pencil eraser.
4. Replace the cartridge.
5. Turn on the printer.
