I would have to think twice about it if I were you. Jobs are not easy to find, so the best thing to do is apply first and find another possible job first before actually quitting. Although, if you feel that you are better off without the job as it is only causing you problem and actually pays you just enough to break even then quitting it is a good idea. I just hope you make the right decisions and not really be emotionally and physically stressed when making one. Good luck!

you had said what was exactly on my mind, and thanks a lot for your response,it was really informative and jobs are easy to find only if you believe in yourself first and start working towards it

Just do it. If you arenot satisfy your work, leave it and look for a new stage. you only need to know that is better than I still work there.Maybe you need to consult your family and friends, though you needn't to take any advice about resignation, but when you get their words about your conditon, you shall be get other new idea and angle view from others eyes. That is a great benefit experience for you.sometimes communication can help us to know what real is our expection for whole life time!

The decision is in you. But my friend, finding a descent and reliable job nowadays is so tough that even in rich countries like the US has a high rate of unemployment....so better think than feel sorry later.

As long as you are not rash and have thought over this carefully and thoroughly I guess it's alright to quit and look for a new job. Being happy with your job and life is very important and this cannot be compromised. I wish you good luck in finding your new job.

hi,
if i am not satisfied in the where i work of course i will leave especially if i dont really feel my co-worker,and i experienced that in my previous work and after four months i left my job because i have noticed that crab-mentality exist in the company.

You definitely have the right to decide whether you still keep your current job.Job is a place where you can find your own value and also content with yourself, coz we may spend most time in the office on the working day.So it's time for you to make the choice for your own.

The thing which pesters me towards my job is lack of holidays and more work and peer pressure.they keep piling the work on me always and that is really upsetting me always
