i confirmed the exact date today and it is friday - July 13, 2012. i decided to write this article because i guess it is an interesting topic to discuss. i will ask, how true that friday de 13th is a bad luck day. according to the research, 13th number is an irregular number. and friday is considered as unlucky day. all of these have a basis or nothing all?
well, if i am to asked, there are really superstitious beliefs that are hard to explain but on the other hand, there are things really happened for a reason not just during the 13th date that timingly occurs during fridays. bad luck happens anytime, anywhere to everyone: young or old, rich or poor. i mean to everybody. that is why an extra care is really needed and the most powerful shield is prayer to God to keep us safe always and for leading us to eternity with Him.

i do not actually believe in unlucky 13.But if you ask me, 13 has been a lucky number. Jesus and the 12 apostles are 13 in all. For me everyday actually goes depending on circumstances and our own decisions. Everyday maybe lucky or lucky to some and does not have to do anything with 13

Well I will not be able to notice it if you did not post this topic. For me whether it's 13th of friday or not it's just an ordinary day. I don't the origin why they said it's bad luck when it's friday the 13th but I just consider it as my ordinary day like any other day. Like you said God is always here who will guide us and knows what's best for us. If it's His will then be it. Just trust Him.

i give a highlight to this day because of different hersays we heared. me either, i dont believe that this kind of day will give you a trouble. but because of human instinct and of curiosity, i cannot avoid to be observant on the surrounding if things like bad omen will really happen. well, at any instance or rate, accident will happened anytime if we are reckless in everything we do. Pray also for guidance and confidence

hahahha.it's funny that i just noticed the moment i saw this post. i don't usually give attention to this.any number is just an ordinary number and for me it doesn't mean anything. The superstitious have long regarded Friday the 13th to be a day prone to accidents and misfortune but still luck for me is just a coincidence.
But if you're more inclined to turn the tables and make Friday the 13th your super lucky day, while there's no forcing luck, a good attitude and a relaxed approach to daily life on Friday the 13th might just bring you some much needed fun and excitement.

ah huh! ms. flagella is now present -- hehe... i am glad to hear that today is your lucky day. well, i do not believe happenings such as misfortunes or bad lucks as these things are inclined to this kind of date in a day.. yes, you are right that the consequences you reaped after will be all depending on what you sow. i mean, if acting like that and thus or so forth, surely, the aftermath of this will be based depending on your actuation and deeds.

I have a son born on friday the 13th of october and have always felt blessed on this day. His lucky number is 13.
I am no longer superstitiuos, I believe in Eternity with God as well. God Bless you, Keep up the good fight.

yes right at that, do not rely and do believe to as they say bad omen this 13th day has to offer. God is so powerful to keep us sheltered, only if we trust in Him faithfully without second thoughts. it is Him who knows what is meant for us. just seek and ask on Him and you will found His glory and be given with graces in life.

Oh so it is, I totally didn't notice and personally don't care. I've had a pretty good day, nothing bad has happened it's just another day
I think also that the people who have bad luck are the people that think and believe in it but if you think the opposite then nothing bad will happen I'm sure of it

Hi missjahn,regarding to superstitious,in my opinion,there are lucky and unlucky and everyone want to be lucky,so we need some spiritual sustenance and to avoid bad luck.

As for me, the fear about Friday 13th is completely unfounded. The day in particular would not bring in bad luck to everyone. The belief perhaps is related to the 13 ghosts and the inauspicious day namely Friday. Whatecver precautions or safety measures only is bent upon trying, whatever will happen will definitely have its toll. It just need never be the day and date specified,.It is God,the Almighty's will that matters most.
