she doesnt like pebbles

my friend gave me a flowerhorn fish a month ago and i put it on my tank with just a filter in it, after 3weeks i bought white pebbles and i put it on my flowerhorn's tank but when i woke up the next morning i noticed that the pebbles are stocked on just the other side of the tank, so i didnt mind it i just think that my nephews played with it and again i scattered the pebbles on the tank, but when i got home from work, again i noticed that the pebbles are stocked on the other side of the tank and the other side doesnt have pebbles so i scattered the pebbles again and watch tv when i accidentally saw a pebble came out from my flowerhorns mouth and thats when i realized that it is her who removes the pebbles from the other side which she stays the most and stocks it on the other side. i think she dont like pebbles, but the tank she came from was full of pebbles too so what is it that makes her want to remove those pebbles?!
