Do you take food/health supplements? I was hesitant to take any because there are products that are being sold from multilevel marketing companies. I don't know, but some people noticed that those companies are hungry for money rather than care for the health of those who are physically sick. Please enlighten me if this is not true?

While some food supplements are okay, I do not take them. I prefer getting my nutrients from natural food sources.

I cannot attest to the inferences lurking that food supplements are just for profits. I think that some people are passionate enough on health optimization that they have been able to create/develop these kinds of supplements. Or it can happen the other way around. Either way, I believe that the main key factor in the optimization of health of one's body is the state of mind they are in. Food supplements may or may not really help a person, but just as the cliche goes, MIND over MATTER. If they truly believe that what they are taking in everyday really helps them, then they leap to halfway mark at once onto recovery or optimization of health. As the word says it, these are SUPPLEMENTS which can SUPPLEMENT your body's optimal functions.
