Have you ever watched a cosplay competition? I watched some with few participants and it was pretty funny since looking at cosplayers remind me of over acting men... Ha ha ha. Or perhaps you became a cosplayer? What does it feel like to portray someone from an anime or manga?

My daughter is a cosplayer but in a different way. She is more like a model. She sends her photos that portrays a certain anime. I did watched a cosplay battle and it is kinda over reacting. But what can you say, anime and cartoons are over reacting as well and they are just portraying it. I think it is a must for them to do that because it is what they really want and of course, for them to win not only the competition but also a lot of fans that can appreciate their craft

Well some people are into it and I can't really say that it is bad for them or not as long as they are happy doing the things they love. The only weird thing I am always wondering about is how girls can cope on wearing tight skimpy clothes in public.

Never had a chance to see an actual cosplay competition but I saw them once in awhile in a mall near our office. They look nice and amazed me on how they be able to copy animes that they like.
