Since the weather has been nice my daughter and I have been going to parks this summer. I try and have us go for a walk around the park in the mornings. Throughout the summer once a weak the library has story time at the park. She has enjoyed that as well. We just recently got back from playing in a park that has climbing stairs and little bridges. She enjoyed those.

Hi ryanong! If you are too lazy to do some exercise, you can walk then, it is also good to your body and health. Just walk for 30 to 1 hour it is not bad at all.
Like me, sometimes i am too lazy to do my daily routine jogging, but instead running i just walk about 15 to 30 minutes.

Yeah walking is healthy for us and it is so much easier than trying to do some killing exercises that after we do them we don't ever want to do them again. And with this weather being so hot that makes it harder to get motivated. So my daughter and I go out before it gets really hot. We are starting to have a good schedule. I just have to keep at it.

yes, usually we go to the park once a week or every weekends if we are not busy. Every night we go to the park and do walking or jogging.
Sometimes, will go to the park with my family, we will buy a snacks and drinks and will sit beside the fountain. we just watch our kids playing and running around the fountain area.
In the morning, we will just walk around the park, while watching other people participating on their aerobics class.

I'm glad that you go to the park. It's good to get exercise. Life can be so busy sometimes but we should schedule in some type of exercise. It is a great way to relax without spending money. And it allows for quality time together.

I do like to walk in the mornings. It's good for me to get regular exercise. I have an exercise dvd that I would like to watch more. But for now I will have to keep up with my walks in the morning.

hello,
I really enjoy going to parks in my area. There is a small park near my house. A lot of people come to that park all the time. They walk, or play or sit with their boyfriends and girlfriends. Its a good place to hang out. I also go there with my friends and i like to hang around in the park. Its quite a nic place. Also sometime I go there alone. I just sit at a quite place and see little kids playing dricket and soccer. Its just feels good. I love to see people enjoying themselves. I love to be in a crowded place like park. It gives me pleasure.

I'm glad that you have a good park in your area. It's nice to have a good park to go to. That way we are able to relax and not have to worry about spending money. I use to like going to parks and places like that to read before I had my daughter. Now when I go the parks I'm playing with her and sometimes I'm able to read her a book.

I'm look forward to going to the park. It is a good way for us to get out of the house and enjoy the weather. We will be going for a walk at the park this morning before it gets to warm. I need to keep up with my walks in the morning. Then afterwards we will read a book and play at the park. I like to be out of the house and do things with my daughter. I'm not as distracted by other things that need to be done like when I'm home.

Hello Dominique25,
Walking in a park is good for health and people get bit of relax by doing so.I have seen people who have a routine of evening and morning walk in park. But mine is a congested area and don't have a park here. I always wanted to have it when i see people walking in a park.

Yeah I enjoy going for walks. We usually go in the morning but it would be nice to incorporate an evening walk as well. Sorry to hear that the area you live in is too busy. I hope that you will be able to get a park around or near your area where it's not to far to travel too.

I like to go to the park. Sitting on the bench and walking are good things to do. I love talking with friends as well. But these days, I am quite busy and I don't have enough time to go there. It's only five minute away from my house though. I will try to go there this weekend.

I'm glad that when you do have the opportunity to go to the park you go and enjoy it. My daughter and I will be heading to the park this morning. When I took my husband to work this morning it already felt really warm and it was only eight oclock. So it will be good for us to go as early as we can since it will be a hot day today. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Our city is all about parks. Our city government probably spend as much in parks as in everything else. I appreciate this projects but I do think that the funds would have been better if used on something much important like fixing the roads and maintaining drainage and sewage. Anyway, I have been to a lot of parks here especially the famous ones, where most people are usually as well. I haven't been into another famous park near the mountains here for a long time now. I think it would be nice to have a visit there someday soon. The parks here are great though, with the dancing fountains, lights, some with a mini zoo and a pool.

That is great that your city has done a great deal to have nice parks in your area. It would be nice if we had more parks but the one my daughter and I go to is the nicest for our area. When we move I'm not sure what park we will be able to go to. I hope though that we will be able to find a nice one because we need to be able to get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors while we can.

My boyfriend and I like to go out to the parks on nice days. However, we really have not had a chance to do that recently. We have been too busy doing other things to go out and enjoy the parks. Plus, it is now a bit too hot to really enjoy going out to the parks. Maybe, once we've taken care of some more things and the temperatures have dropped a bit, we will be able to go out and enjoy the parks--maybe hit a few hiking trails again.

I'm glad that you and your boyfriend like to spend time together at parks. I hope that once your schedule calms down that the both of you will be able to have time to relax. Hiking sounds really nice. I know with the weather being so hot it's been necessary for my daughter and I to go out in the early mornings.

When I was younger, I would be taken to the park a lot during my childhood because it was one of the only things that we were able to do. In addition to this, it was something that was also free, so my parents knew that this was one of the best things that they could do for me. The park has since been invested in, and this means that when I have children I will be able to take them to a much better park than the one that I grew up going to. So I am looking forward to that, and I know that I will continue to travel round the park even when I am on my own because it is nice to just be able to go for a walk.

I completely agree and understand why your parents took you to the park. So many things cost so much and it often encourages children to think that their parents and they themselves always need to be buying things. Life can be enjoyed when we focus on what is truly important and that isn't money or the possessions that it can buy. I agree going for walks is an enjoyable thing to do.

That's good that you go when your grandson has a game. I think that it is a great way to get my daughter out of the house and it doesn't cost anything. So that's always nice. It also helps me to focus on time with her. Since when I'm in the house there a ton of other things I try to do.

I take my son to soccer games on Sundays and they are played in different fields in neighboring suburbs. I love to take a walk while waiting for the game to start for 30 minutes or so around the park area. Most of them are really nice and beautiful; especially the ones close to the beaches.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoy your walks around the park before the game. It's nice to be able to get some exercise in while we are doing other things. I think that my daughter and I are going to go for a walk this evening if I get home early enough from work. I would like to have us go for a walk in the mornings and evenings. This is good for both of us.

you are so lucky to have nice park in ur area. we dont have any like that around the neighbourhood. There is a park near my office, but its not safe to go there alone, there many bad people sometimes gather and mostly of them get drunk. Wish I have place like ur park there to go just for walk in the morning or afternoon, it would be so relaxing to feel the fresh air and meet many people.

I wish you had a park like that in your area as well. Hopefully some day you will be able to have a nice park where you live. We will be moving in a few months and I hope that I will be able to find a nice park in the area to go to. I'm pretty sure though that most of them will not be in walking distance. I will have to drive to them.

That is awesome that you and your friend meet at the park ever evening. It really is a great thing when we are able to do activities with others instead of doing them by ourselves. And you both are able to get that exercise in with the activities you take part in. Thanks for sharing. I appreciate it.

I'm glad that you and your daughter still visit the library. It's great when kids like to read. It will help them with a lot in the future. It means a great deal. I would like my daughter to love reading when she gets older. So I read to her a lot.
