I was just wondering, what helps you to get to sleep at night or what helps you to get back to sleep when you wake up too early?
I ask because sometimes I have problems with getting to sleep and getting back to sleep once I've woken up.
Do you have these problems? What helps you deal with them?

I used to have this problem. At first, I made sure that I drink warm milk before bedtime and I read books.
Try to have a healthy life style, it helps a lot.

I always have this problem whenever I did something strenuous hours before bedtime, or have an intake of caffeine. It would really take me hours just tossing and turning and even if I already feel fatigue, my eyes just wont shut!
Anyway, a glass of hot milk helps, a hot shower and a soothing and calming music might help.
When worse comes to worse, I get up and take my most boring statistics books and before I finish a chapter, I'm ready to sleep. :)
Also, it would be helpful to consult a specialist if your health is already being affected by your sleeping problems.
