An easy subject with difficult professor

As a student, its normal to complain and ask why such things are needed to study. If we could use those things we learn from our hard-to-approach professors someday? Or just the concept why things are being taught by our professors. I have subjects that are so easy to think of and to understand. But our professor is trying to make the subject so complicated. Do you have the same professor? So funny, cuz my subject to him is just "Practicum and Field trips". Its like he is just an adviser. And the only thing he has to do is to tell us to say "take care on your OJT" but, he is trying to make things complicated by giving us instructions that is really not part of the subject. We have a lot of paper works, not like those other students who are taking the same subject (different prof). And some of those things are just non sense but requires a lot of time to prepare. Such a waste of time. He keeps on saying that he will give us low grade if we will not comply. And he keeps on saying things that is not right to say. I just forgot to record those. So that I could file a case on him. Hmm.. Do you experience the same thing? or do you a professor before that seems not a professional to be in the position to teach and guide students? What can you say about a professor like this?
