Well this is a hard news to give, i just weighed my self right now and i weighed five pounds more again and this is bad since i am already in the 177lbs last week and now i am back on 182 so i need to cut some slack and work out more maybe run but i need to workout, badly.

I also need to workout badly. Not to lose weight but to gain weight. I am finding it hard to gain weight and become fatter. I have a fast metabolism and the food gets digests quickly. Do you know of anyway you can slow metabolism?

nevertheless, it occurred to me also many times before and until now. before in the first office where I started work, i just weigh 49 kilos, but then when i transferred to another work i gained 9 kilos. i used to have diet but when i weighted 52 kilos, i got scared and regain my appetite in eating again. and now i guess i weigh 56 to 57 kilos already. they still told me that i look bigger than before. for me its jut okay as long as your blooming everyday. lols.
