Not Happy with Lenses

The doctor said that I have this so called Astigmatism. Everything is blurry whatever it may be when it is quite far from me so I was advice to wear glasses or lenses. I chose lenses because I thought that it would be more comfortable without wearing glasses. But oh, just these morning, it took me 20 minutes to put on my lenses. And I really got irritated about it because that made me late for work. I've been using lenses for almost two years now, and yes, there were times when I got tired of putting it on. Unfortunately, in my work environment right now, I really have to wear them since it's quite embarrassing when people along the corridor or anywhere in the workplace would say hi and hello from a distance and you would fail to greet them back because you won't be able to see their faces and not recognizing them. Anyway, how about you guys, what do you prefer, glasses or lenses?
