How do you know if someone is lying or cheating on you?

Do you fully trust the people around you? Or, do you have that feeling they might be lying and cheating on you in your absence? Ho will you know if they really are lying?

Well these days it is very tough to decide who is telling the truth or not. One way of judging people would be by not trusting them blindly and live life on your own terms. it is only by this that you wont expect much from people which otherwise would lead to frustrations and disappointments in life.
