I am not entirely new to working from home but I am wanting to make some lifestyle changes and start exercising and eating right but I find that by working from home (and overtime a lot!) that I am either too burnt out to exercise after working all day (and dealing with 3 kids) or that I want something quick (and not always healthy) for dinner. Any suggestions anyone can give??

May be you can stock more fruits in your fridge as snack for you and your children. There many recipes in internet if you search, find the recipe that is simple, easy and fast to cook but healthy. You have to manage your time too, When your children at school or taking nap you can start your home work after finish preparing lunch or other house work. Im home worker too for 2 months now, I do all my house work routine in the morning right after wake up and I think that knd of exercise too cos I move my body and get sweat :D I can finish house work in 2 hours and then I will sit with my laptop on my lap and start with my work.

it is a crucial and most important factor.even if we work overtime we must fix the limits and boundary till which we can allot time for sure since we also have offshore work to concentrate and raise family ,and beyond that matching the needs of the people ,spending time towards loved one. The main thing here would be like we have to fix the schedule for work from home.always follow a strict and healthier regime like working for 9 hours and spending the rest of the time towards other useful and helping activities. Its basically simple we fix our timings and work for it rather than working for someone else and eat and workout on time so everything stays wherever it is

My advice is to plan ahead. Use your slow cooker to get something started in the morning before you sit down to work, or plan on having something very simple like soup and sandwiches. If you plan your meals ahead of time you'll be less likely to grab something unhealthy to fill up on. As far as exercise, set an alarm clock to go off every hour or hour and a half and get up from your chair when it goes off. Take a short walk, do a few jumping jacks or stretches or a push up or two. Then set the alarm for the next session. I've worked at home for around 15 years now, but I don't have small children any more. Working from home can be a challenge for anyone.
