Do You Think A Site's Growth is Beneficial for its Members?

I have noticed for a few months now that the members of JBP have experienced so much delay because of the continuous growth of its members.
I myself for instance, bought a JSS Tripler position two days ago and until now it has not yet appeared on my account. I have also not received any emails from JBP that says they have received my payment and will process my order immediately though the $10 cost have already been deducted to my account.
Another disadvantage of having so many members in JBP is the decrease of weekends earnings from 2% to 1.5$ in order to accommodate the large volume of positions members have purchased. Though decreasing 0.5% in our earnings looks small, it is a big thing for me since every position expires now every 81 days unlike the 75 days before.
Not only these, because JBP has been gaining popularity, it has become the target of scammers and hackers. There are emails circulating stating that we have won 100 JSS Tripler positions and asks us to pay $0.5 (I think) in order to claim this. JBP cleared that this is not from their system but it got me thinking that we members are at risk of hackers phishing for our e-currency accounts.
So having said all of these, do you think a site's growth is beneficial for its members? Can you site some examples to prove your point.
Thank you.

Yes. It is indeed very beneficial! I am sorry that it is happening to you and to other members. I am also a member, but I'm not doing anything with my account.
My example is WebAnswers. Because it's getting more popular, members are earning more. The only problem is there are members who are not complying with the rules that's why other members are affected.
