With Felton likely to return to the Knicks, does that mean no more Jeremy Lin?

I just read the news at NBA.com stating that NY is expected to acquire Raymond Felton from the Trailblazers. I dont know the details of the trade but what I am concern about is Jeremy Lin. I think that NY should'nt have traded for Felton because Lin's potential as a player and a marketing tool is just too good to give up. I know that the Rockets modified their offer sheet with Lin into 3 years and in the 3rd year he will receive 15M, but I do think NY should have just matched that offer (if they could). I think it is a blow to the Knicks I mean no offense to Felton he is a good player, but with Kidd mentoring Lin into a PG in the NBA and with his marketability, NY will really boom into the NBA stratosphere again. what do you think about it guys?

I just saw a report,Jeremy Lin is very likely to return to the Houston Rockets. If this deal,I think the Rockets are a big winner.Jeremy Lin has great commercial value, because Jeremy Lin enjoys a high popularity in the Chinese area. Morey is the most in the NBA I've seen a good business manager.

Hello mylotters. Jeremy Lin has proven nothing in the nba except that he played a little to hard during his run and sat out the rest of the season when the new york knicks needed him. Ues he does have potential but Im waiting to see if his potential gets derrailed by injuries or the media. No matter where jeremy ends up he needs to focus on his health and his play. The money will come of course but I want to see jeremy get through 82 games and prove hes a potential all star. Polo out.

Obviously, The Knicks do not want to pay the luxury tax. The contract offer by the Rockets is back heavy that it might not be worth it. I am a Rocket fan and I am not exited about Lin. Yes, He did show something the last 3 months of the season but that does not guarantee that He would be as effective with teams now knowing how to defend him. I hope the Rockets did not just shoot themselves with this contract.
