what's wrong with slicethepie?

I find that lots of members here are talking about slicethepie, and most of members here give positive reviews about this program. So I joined this program, It was easy for me to sign up on this site, but then I come across problem: this site can't play music, as far as I know, when you get into "scout", them slicethepie will play music automatically, but it doesn't work when I get into 'scout'.What's wrong? Who can help me? thanks in advance.

After all, thanks for your kind reply. According to your methods, I have tried to use firefox browser,and make sure soud card is ok, there is no problem with my PC setup. It really confuse me.
Now I found some members complain that there are some problems with this site, Now I am thinking of giving it up if problem come up all the same.I hope more and more people who use this site can share their experience.

I am not sure where your issue with the site is I have been using it and have not had any issues. When you go into the scout section on your own does it say there are no more songs to review or what?

Thanks for your kind reply. Maybe I didn't make myself clear.
I have been told that I can write my reviews for song after going into slcethepie, But I found it is imporssible to write review, because when I go into scout and found that there is no countdonw,it shows wait all the time.I can't listen to any music, so it is imporssible for me to write review on this site.I really don't know why?

Sometime it happens due to lack of tracks to scout .I once earned about $500 from that site but now its not allowing Indian members so,for a year me not active in that site .If can visit their forums for latest updates.

Weird as I just signed in and it takes me straight to the first song in the playlist for me to review. I am using Chrome. I would write an email to them asking what is wrong as it is super easy to earn off there and payment is pretty quick.

For me the first days with SliceThePie looks like haven all you do is write a review for a nice song, great work!
and you earn some nice money.
But than some days later it become harder and harder.
So songs are repeated and 90% the site don't want my review because he said some things like i already write a similar review or it is to short or the grade i gave doesn't match the review and more annoying message like that, so at the last review this haven turns to hell.. :(

its already 5 month.
