i cant find spanish movies rated in imdb

i have viewed the rating of any movie in imdb before i download it,but for some of my favorite spanish and italian movies,they dont have rating and they claim to have add the synopsis very soon.why is it so? Imdb consists of all the language films,but why do they miss some vital and good films in the eastern region
