Which film industry is well developed Tamil or Telugu?

Tamil and Telugu are two bigger Film industries in South India. But, there the question comes.......which is best???? keep discussing.

I don't know much about Indian films, but check out my question (search "Indian films") and let me know which ones you like... I'm interested in knowing what people think are the best from that country.

its a big fun that telugu industry has good looking heroes. i accept that you have some good looking hero like mahesh babu. but thats not represent whole industry.
anyway even if you have good looking actors, its nothing to do with film industry. you need good acting actors. we have ample amount of that category also in tamil industry.
and it also wrong concept that without rajinikanth tamil industry will not be there. if u see that, rajinikanth's movie come once in two year period only but still tamil industry is doing its best.

we can't say Telugu is great or Tamil industry is great because everybody knows that still last decade Telugu industry is with Tamil and it is in madras. so Telugu industry also grown along with Tamil now in our generation it is different but if you see in olden days both are same all actors are acted in both languages so as a Telugu native i can say Telugu but...,
