What do you eat this summer season?

According to some dietitians, it is advice that we will drink a lot of water and some juicy fruits. One of my favorite fruits is watermelon. It satisfied the feeling of being thirsty.It also has anti oxidants that can help our skin still look younger.It is best eaten when it is cold.

Watermelon is good. It is also good for pregnant women because it is rich in folic acid which is good for the baby's brain development..
But I think bananas and mangoes are more delicious..:)

One of my fave fruits too during summer. Sometimes I make watermelon shake and it tastes good. It removes anyone's thirst caused by the hot weather.

I usually crave juicy and light foods... like watermelon, cherries, strawberries... well, fruits, and light salads, like one with cocktail tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil. Sometimes I crave really cold stuff, so I occasionally eat ice-cream, granita and cold pudding or yogurt too. And really rarely I eat chips.
