I was having it before. Jogging was the best that suited to my health condition. I stopped it for lots of reasons. I would only walk (breast-walking) but not on regular basis unlike before...Do you have one regularly?
What is it my friend...?

Yes my friend...it is still morning here and good morning too in there. Just a couple of hours ago I did my almost two hours brisk walking I feel great my friend. I suppose you do some yoga because if am not mistaken yoga is somewhat part of your life... I hope I could do it too, but, yoga is a part of your religious belief right? Nice day my dear friend..

Good morning Mobhomeir, It is good to know that you go for long walks , I normally go in the evening ! By the way, Yoga has nothing to do with religion, it is just exercise routine that is being practiced since more than 2000 years and is being adapted by everyone across the country since it has immense health benefits - all the best and have a nice day

I prefer swimming. I have some problems with balance, and movement, so swimming is a nice way to excercise, without me having to worry about fallowing over. Serbian kolo dancing s also fun, because people in a circle are all holding eachother up. It's pretty hard to fall when you're in a crowd of people all holding on to one another.

Hi
Exercising is good for health, and we should give proper importance to it.. About me, I used to do jogging, but I am not regular at all.. But still when I get time I used to do jogging at the evening...
But its not my favorite one.. The exercise form I like is swimming. I really used to enjoy it. But I am not that regular in swimming too.

I have bought a couple fitness videos on CD. One is for Pilates, another for belly dancing, and 2 more on other types of dancing. I like the sweat I make when I do pilates, although, Im barely a starter on this, but Im liking it a lot. Dancing is also an easy smooth way for me to sweat. I feel like Im just moving around the room, with less effort when I do the dance moves.
I wish I was more active and athletic to do running and biking outside the house. But, Im pretty much comfortable doing it inside.

I couldn't hardly imagine how my sweat running already the whole of my body if I would do all of your exercises you mentioned above. How I wish I could start up again my jogging exercises. Right now, I could not do it yet because I have something else more important early in the morning than purposely use it for my jogging time...
Thanks for responding my friend..

Sweat from exercise is a great feeling, don't you think?
Well, each session is good for 20-30 minutes, so it's not like you'll be drained of body fluid when you do all those stuff.

I don't really do cardio. Maybe only during weekends and when i really do, i'll do the HIIT ( high intensity interval training) where you walk for 3 minutes slowly increasing your pace to a point of you end up running and keep on running until you can't anymore and slow down to a point where you start, walking. My favourite exercise right now is weight lifting, as i desired to have a fitness model body within 1 year of training. In a day i train a certain muscle group, for example on monday i train my chest and my triceps, tuesday i train my legs, wednesday i train my shoulder and biceps, thursday i train my abs and back. On friday and saturday i will do compound lift for the whole body. I normally do this at the gym as i would easily get fired up seeing other bodybuilders doing their stuff and wanting to be just like them.

Oh that was cool my friend. I like that because I was once did it. But, I was not able really to continue since it needs patience and consistency. I lost them both and how I wish I could be right back again but the tiredness and laziness haunted me always every time I would have think and start it...walking is only my source of exercise...thanks for your share...

I love to attend twice weekly Zumba dance classes. It is very energetic dancing. I love going out for countryside and coastline walks. I am keen on swimming and going in a warm bubbly spa pool. I like riding my bike along a cycle track. I am happy to go to the gym and do some exercising.

You must have a very sexy body and healthy way of living. I appreciate that. How I wish I could also be like yours. My only favorite exercise of burning fats and my calories jogging cause I really feel the sweat running all over my body after an hour of running...whew!!! I must start it again...thanks for responding my friend..

dear Martin,
I do it at home- hehehe.
Skipping rope is the best for me, since I am too lazy to get up or dressed and go for a jog.
So, I prefer skipping rope and do it at home.
Sometimes I go and up and down the stairs and that's enough to make me sweat like gallons of water

at least you overcome your laziness my dear bonita....anything you would have to do to sweat you up is enough to burn calories and excess fats on our bodies..and what you did is fine for as long as you would not counter it with EATING TOO MUCH....health is wealth bonita remember that...
Good day and thanks for responding..

Same here my friend. I could not do anymore my regular exercise because of my other important schedules. I can only do twice a week or once. I would walk for almost an hour from sending my wife and back home just walking for 55 minutes before reaching home. It is always refreshing in our body from the feeling of sweating all around your body from walking...
Thanks for responding ..

shouldn't that be Brisk-Walking..? lol
I love to walk everywhere.. doing my Avon rounds i have been able to lose a stone n half.. so the heavy lifting and fast walking around has helped me. Also with a better diet has really helped me feel much healthier within myself and others have seen it showing too.
I do miss using the Weights at the Gym.. I don't go anymore cos of the costs.. But soon enough i will buy my own weights and use them at home

yeah rather...brisk ..sorry...having a regular exercise and healthy life style of living should go hand in hand to achieve really a sound health. If some have an effective and do the regular exercise but not aware of his/her right balance diet all would be useless.... thanks for responding my friend..

Yes, I think jogging is not as good an exercise as brisk walking as jogging can lead to injuries on the joints, feet and soles. I try to brisk walk at least once a day since I do not usually have any other form of exercises like playing games, swimming etc. I also find brisk walking quite therapeutic as well as I'm relaxed when I walk quickly.

I agree with that. But, for me that I already used of doing it, i couldn't be contented sweating by just doing brisk walking. But, it doesn't mean I don't like walking, I would just do running when I feel like doing it...
Thanks for responding..

I agree with you my friend. Almost everyone can do it. It is a simple and common exercise done by those people who would like to maintain good health. My parents-in-law are already old but the never stop doing their brisk-walking almost everyday and they are still active and healthy though they already have some illnesses due to their age. Thanks for responding my friend...

Now unfortunately I don't exercise regularly, as my time schedule is really hectic, but I like walking a lot, and if I can, I love dancing and any kind of team ball sports, mostly soccer, handball, floorball and basketball. Now I'm learning to ride the bike... which is funny as I have a completely non-existant sense of balance, but it would be nice to learn. Maybe I'm going to get a bike with a third wheel, just in adults size or a roller :D.

Hi doroffee I guess 3honor was right. 30mins of everyday exercise would enough the required exercise daily. Brisk walking is the best so far because your sweat gradually comes out without too much effort that could easily tires up. Thanks for resonding guys...

I think the best exercise is walking fast. I think jogging is very dangerous due to hitting the pavement to hard. It gives your ankles, feet and knees more stress then it should. Fast walking with your arm swings beside you is very good exercise for all parts of your body. My second favorite exercise would have to be weight training to tone your muscles. I love exercising but I need to hear music while doing it. How about you??
