How Do You Look In Your Dreams?

I think it is kind of funny how I look most of the time in my dreams. In my dreams I look a lot more like I did when I was in my early 20's then I do now in my mid 40's. My hair is fuller, my body is much better, and I am usually quite confident. Once in a while I look how I do now in my dreams but most of the time I am a younger version of myself. So how do you look in your dreams?

Typically, when I see myself in my dreams I look deformed, disfigured, or not right in some way. My features are all in the wrong spots, my skin is covered in red/black/green scars, or I've suddenly morphed into my mother. Stuff like that. Rarely, and perhaps only more recently, have I looked normal, like myself. I have had a few dreams where I've changed for the better. Once into a sort of blue-eyed albino with snow-white hair and skin, and then in another dream I had pale skin and neon pink hair with bigger eyes. I kind of looked like a doll or an anime character both times. Those were kind of cute dreams.

I wonder why that is? It is really kind of interesting that we all see ourselves in different ways in our dreams.

Well, I've read that while we sleep the logic center of our brain is turned off. I don't really know why it is, I've just kind of thought of it as one of those weird things that happens in dreams, like light switches not working.

After reading this I realize I never see myself in my dreams. I see everyone else but not myself. I find that strange now that I think of it. I have seen my kids very young children in my dreams however, they are now in their 30's. I know I also dream in color which makes me happy and I hear myself talking. However, not ever seeing myself I will now have to ask my family and friends about this.

Usually I don't see myself outright but I see myself in mirrors. Kind of vain that I look at myself in the mirror a lot in my dreams. LOL. I guess I know in my dreams I am going to look younger, prettier and thinner so I want to look in the mirror.

I never see me in my dreams. If I saw a younger me in my dreams I do not think I would recognize myself. In fact I seldom remember my dreams at all.

I am a very vivid dreamer, I always have been, I should really start writing some of them down, of course they don't make total sense as most dreams don't but I bet I could develop some of them in to some pretty good stories.

I am not sure as usually my dreams don't show me. Usually I never look in a mirror. People around me might look younger or older depending, but I usually always (I suppose) look the same.

It's my inspiration drawn on what will I be in the future! Well its one of the short term goal I have to pass on mortgage home loan. Right now I'm taking crucial step specially on my finances like saving a dime or two for ten months to produce around 15-20 percent downpayment. Just dicipline, a virtue theat will help me to reach my dream!

I don't think I've ever really thought about that, or stopped to look at myself in the mirror while I am dreaming, but I feel pretty much as I do right now, so I would imagine that I'd look exactly the same in my dreams as I do in real life when I am awake.

You know I don't see an image of me in my dreams, I know it is me but I only see other people. That is great that you can see yourself even if it is a younger version of you.

I guess I had never thought about this before. i never really took the time to think about what I looked like in mt dreams, I was more anxious about what was happenbing in my dreams instead. As I think about it now, I would have to say that of dreams I recall, I am always a young person. I don't know what that means, but that is what I see.

I am usually a lot younger as well, which is nice because I move much faster. I like it when I can remember my dreams when I wake, which isn't always what happens, or those times when you wake and the memories fade fast.

So, you see yourself on your dreams? I think I never see myself in my dreams, so I don't know how I look like :D
