Do you like making Homemade Stew?

I use a big can of tomato juice, the large can of tomato sauce (just the plain kind) and either whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes in the can. It is simple and relatively cheap cause it makes a big pot of stew. We love it. It is one of our favorite meals.

I've never heard of Oxtail stew before, could you get me a generalized recipe, doesn't need to be complexed, because I can figure it out. I would love to try it. Thanks for you reply!

That would be terrible, have you tried making a really big pot, and freezing it in personalized size containers? That way you can have it whenever you want, and just have to throw it in the microwave for about 5 minutes! Thanks for your response!!

Thankyou for your recipe, I can't eat turkey, because I am allergic to it, and everytime I do eat it, I get sick, but the rest of the family loves turkey so I will make them a big pot, enough for 3 or 4 meals anyway, except I'll keep the potatoes out, until the day they eat it.
