Ity.im is a SCAM, I am dissapointed

If I am not mistaken, I post here in mylot that I am excited to cashout in ITY.im. Many told me that I should be careful and unfortunately, I did not believe them I still continued to use their ads on my site because I am very near to my cashout which is 3$. Today when I am ready to cashout, I saw that their minimun cashout is already 15$ without informing their members. I read some of reviews that they are not paying and they are telling the minimum cashout is 3$ and behind it you will see that it is really 15$. Shame on them, they just used my blogs for so long. For me they are the same with expertscoulumn, never paying!
