Here we go again. I have to deal with my greatest fear. Again? Since my group mates had already chosen their preferred area for this particular assessment, the areas left were Local Legislation and Development Planning. Part of our activities in this particular phase in our immersion is to conduct an assessment on the organizational competency of this local government unit. I am really worried because I am not very much knowledgeable of this particular area. and the fear of being in front of the group is still my greatest fear so far. Especially that my respondents, particularly in local legislation, are the highest officials including the Local Chief Executive (mayor) of this town. Wish me luck pals!

Well i think you need to overcome your fear and conquer it in such a way that your teammates would be in utter shock after seeing your confidence level with the assignments designated to you. Unless and until a person is not tested in life, he never understands his talent and abilities. So you should better conduct a research on your assessment and start working on it with a renewed zeal and enthusiasm.

We all have to start somewhere. In every endeavor, failure is a possibility but it is not an option. The first few forays into any endeavor must be considered as learning experiences, not matter what their outcomes maybe. But the succeeding opportunities should produce better results. Learn and level-up!
