do you think it is legitimate?

i've sign up at neobux since one of my said that this site is a legitimate online site. so for 3 days im using it. and while im viewing the sites they suggested for me to view i found a sites that caught my attention and that is the five a click websites,which says that with every click i can gain $5 and its free to sign up but the thing is i can only cash out if i reach $5000 and i need to have 2 referrals to cash out. and as i read the terms and condition that if i am planning to cash out the money it would take 85 business days to be trasfered to paypal. so do you think these two sites are a legitimate one?

If the offer is too good to be true, I wouldn't go with that. From the offer itself, I can already tell that it is a scam site. There are other sites where you could work. Try to research more regarding the site before joining it.
