I have noticed a lot of chef's, food enthusiast thinking well-done steak is "waste of meat" Well-done steak has lost all its flavor and stuff like that. I personally like my steak well-done as i do not like any part of my food being cold or raw. Whats your take?

I also don’t like medium rare meat because I find it too bloody and I don’t like tasting semi-raw meat in my plate I find it not appealing in my tongue palate.

Personal preferences aside, but when you are eating premium beef and cuts like the "Wangyu", "Porterhouse" or some grain-fed beefs, then it is considered a "waste" from the gourmet point of view.
I can see that you have a misconception that only well done beef is being served hot. Unlike eating "Sashimi" you are eating cooked beef and you can assured that whatever is on your plate it will be hot and warm even when it is medium rare. You should reject the plate when you find it cold or lukewarm.
Other than well done beef steaks, the dish is usually tender and juicy for one's enjoyment and appreciation of the culinary efforts. Try steakhouses like Morton's and you will understand what I mean.

I don't eat medium rare steak. I can't really eat meat when I see that the blood is still fresh in it. I prefer sell done steak all the time. When I cook steak at home. I make sure I cook the steak in a very low fire and will not remove it from fire unless it is well done.

I worked in restaurants for years and I like my steaks medium to medium rare. I agree with you though that well done is fine as long as you know how to cook the steak well done. If you slow cook the steak on low heat without mashing all the juice out of it it will still be juicy and flavorful. its all in how you cook the well done steak it takes lots of finesse.

I don't know about losing flavour or whatever. It's still got plenty of nutrition in it. Personally, I can't understand how people can eat meat "rare". To me, that is raw. I prefer to know that my meat is cooked. I can't see how it can be safe to eat if it's not cooked through. The only way that something could be a "waste of meat" is if it's cooked and not eaten at all.
