There are 2 lines in here, one is good and one is bad...and i am using a good one, the internet speed is very good...
I can understand your feeling when you can't connect to the internet..you should find a good internet service...in here it is very cheap now, just $15 a month, we have a good line already...

My connection is great. It's not the fastest but It meets my needs. Maybe you should switch to a different provider. Your provider might not be that good. Or, change your plan to a higher speed. Cheaper plans are very affordable but they can only offer a not so good speed.

I know how you feel. I had the same problem with a different provider before. I'm mad at them all the time. I can see that you're from the Philippines. If you're in a contract and you want to terminate it to be able to switch to another provider, they will require you to pay a termination fee. It sucks. I suggest you tell them you're not getting a good service from them, file a complaint, tell them your problem. Make sure you reason out well enough that you're not getting the service that you paid for. I hope you don't mind, What network is your provider? Globe, Smart, Sun, PLDT, etc.. Is it DSL or Broadband?

My internet connection works most of the time. And that's the best that they can provide. As long as there's no rain, or thunderstorm, or wind, or a passing truck (haha!); else my connection will be enough to drive me insane.
I know how it us, I have lost some clients over broken connections. And until I can switch for a better provider (if there's any better out there), I cannot accept online jobs at the moment.

Awww that sucks. I'm sure they will even charge you if you terminate your subscription with them before the lock down period expires. But maybe they can actually consider giving you rebates for it. I had my provider give me some when I lost a client, showed them the correspondence that I receive and how much I've lost because of their failure to deliver a good service. It wasn't enough though but it felt good that sometimes you get to get back at them for bad services.

Usually my internet connection is well, but there are also times the connection just disconnects automatically or goes down. It puts me in a bad mood when the connection goes down suddenly, especially if I am in the midst of doing something important, like my work that requires an internet connection. Then I immediately call my internet provider's hotline to complain A LOT. They usually don't fix the problem immediately, but at least I feel better after venting out my frustration on them since they are the ones who gave me the problem in the first place.

Well, right now, since I am on vacation I have to use the cellphone as a router, so my internet connection is not very good.
At my house the other hand I have the connection in optical fiber, it works very well. Even if it's a little expensive.

I have a broadband and i use it for mu internet connection. I notice that the bandwith speed varies each location. When i am at work in the office the signal is HSPA while at home its only EDGE. So what i do? I dont complain and keep it as it is,,, anyway i can still surf with an EDGE sidnal,,, about 100kbps. :)

Hi friend, now my connection is good, 2 days before i recharged my data card, i too faced a lot of connection issues while my validity ends. Most of the internet providers are money minded, they don;t give importance to the customer needs and reduce the speed of the internet before our validity ends, they wish we must recharge our card quickly to get the good speed. What about your connection? Are you using a prepaid or post paid one?

So far, it's good. There were instances that it was not working well. If you try to call the customer serive, they can help you but sometimes you are just wasting your time.

At home I have broadband with unlimited plan. Right now I am away from and I am using USB stick. And the speed is decent. I am quite satisfied with the speed. I have been using this connection for the past 5 months now.
