I have very Severe heat intolerance. I mostly sweat very badly from the forehead and back of neck. Has anyone found anything helpful for this?

The best thing i can say about the heat is that you should just stay in air condition. I know I sweat like and animal. I need to be inside with the air condition on. And today is going to be a hot one. I do have to go out later but I will be in the car with the air condition on. That is the best advice I can give you.

I think that is actually a good thing even if you see other people not sweating. We do have varied heat tolerance but seating is a good thing for cooling and cleaning out our bodies of impurities. Just drink lots. I've seen my pet bird get hot and they have to open their little mouths and breath harder to cool down.

The thing is I used to be on the cold side all the time now I have the heat intolerance. I drive my family nuts sometimes I think because I need the air cranked up all the time. The are cold and I am hot. I do try to drink a lot because I have hypokalemia which is low potassium. Thanks for the response.

I think you are not alone for many people are like that. In a group though everyone might disagree on the temperature setting on the wall. I find in any room the temperature is not always the same or feels the same depending on location. I've a window unit, its ok for cooling but I need to make the room dark too. It is coolest in front of it.

Hiya soapies, Use a terry towel kitchen cloth that is clean and damp it a little with cool water and damp the insides of your elbows, wrists and inside of arms and legs with the damp cloth. It works much better than throwing a lot of water on you I do not know why that is but it does work. Sort of like when you have fever and you put a damp cloth on your head. Oh forgot put the cloth on the back of your neck and hold it there for as long as you can. Again do not damp the cloth too much and only damp it with cool water not very cold and not hot either. Then every so often renew the cloth with a little more water and repeat it cools me down quicker and drink a hot tea and then cool mineral water not long after makes yo u a bit hot at first but then you cool down quickly after.xxx

oh no, That sounds some heat like crazy. Few months ago it was hot like this here. I used to put on the cooler and fan also because I don't have AC here. Otherwise if it too much and out of my tolerance, i use ice. I rub ice on my face and neck. Try this and i hope you like it. You can also keep a face towel in the fridge and take it out after some time and keep it around your neck. it will feel better. Have a good day mylotting.

Thanks for the helpful tips I will try them. I have a fan running on my face constantly. The towel in the fridge sounds like an awesome idea. I will try it today. Take care and have a good day.
