right of now the news reported that near in palawan shore in the philippines some chinese warship were spotted there, what can you say my fellow filipino?

Do not worry mr muncho. I don't think china will attack Philippines, because America support and protect your country. I don't think china is ready for world war 3. In my opinion, it is better that Philippines and china manage the resources in south china sea area together.
