vegetarian cake without egg

My aunty made a cake without eggs, but she add oil instead . It was taste as good as cake with eggs, I didn't know where she get the recipe, suddenly she went home and told us she will make cake without egg.

100% truth is there in a vegetarian cake. Now a days even shopkeepers are asking veg people to buy veg cake without eggs. And we have no option but to rely on them otherwise prepare it at home or else do not eat.

I have a cake that I found online called crazy cake http://allrecipes.com/recipe/crazy-cake/ it has no eggs, which is great for people on very strict egg free diets, as most cakes have eggs or milk in them this has neither. It does contain vinegar and yes, though I have not made this particular recipe I have made recipes like it and they are very tasty and moist. Note : they are best prepared the day before though as the taste changes and it is better the next day.

i have no idea about this but i sometimes also have this doubt that egg less cakes. Maybe they add egg and name it egg less because egg less cakes are spongy like it would be in a cake with egg. So, only those who make it can tell us how they keep up with it. hope to see some good explanations for this.

I heard you can use egg substitute though I havent tried it yet.
