Every now and then, people always manage to come up with such rumors against certain kind of things like brands of food or any other stuff... At a sudden glance, these remarks could sound realistic or believable. But I don't think we should sink our teeth to these info right away. We don't even have enough proofs, scientific or otherwise, to make the credibility of these rumors legit already. For the meantime, let's just watch ourselves when we patronize some products, I mean there could be no harm with using these after all, as long we use it in moderation.

I don't think it literally makes your lungs shrink but i have done a bit of research and and it seems that breathing problems are one of the possible health problems that could be caused by drinking to much energy drink.Other possible health problems that can be caused are heart palpatations, chest pains, tremors, restlessness, insomnia, tingling or numbing of the skin, gastro intestinal problems, dizzyness and headaches. However these health problems are associated with drinkinh a lot of energy drink and drinking it in moderation should be fine.

Mmmm... lungs shrink? I guess there's no appeal to that energy drink in question.
Do I think it's true? I think it might be true but it's probably completely exaggerated. I don't think you drink it and suddenly you can't breathe. If that were the case, who would buy it? Scuba divers? No.
However, long term damaging chemicals are common in things that are sold under the label of "food".

I never read this new, but in my opinion energy drinks won't make your lungs shrink. Well most energy drinks are made from either too much sugar, too much caffeine and some other vitamins that improves concentration, and I believe that none of these can cause such thing like shrinking of the lungs, what I do believe is that it cause problems in brain when drinking in large amounts or using it frequently. Good day and God bless

Yes, i think your statement is true. I hear about that too, also energy drink can create addicted to your body. if you are drink every day, and you stop to drink for one day, it feel like your stamina is gone. It is better to drink when you need. Don't drink it everyday.
